Google+ Hangouts On Air can now be broadcast live and uploaded to You Tube. Hangouts are a video presentation that participants are invited to. Invitees can interact with the presenter so the presentation becomes an interactive social experience that can be broadcast in real time around the world if "Broadcast Publicly" is enabled. The recording of the event can be shared via You Tube or Google+
